Kimberley Mobilisation — Contractor Compliance Is Non-Negotiable

Every contractor heading into the Kimberley must hold a current WA Mining Site Access Card, completed site-specific inductions, and verified HR/HC licensing before wheels roll. We're talking about assets operating 280+ kilometres from the nearest parts supplier in Broome — downtime here doesn't cost hours, it costs days.

SAFETY WARNING: Ambient temperatures regularly exceed 47°C across the Pilbara-Kimberley corridor between October and March. Any mechanic mobilising without documented heat illness management training and a valid site medial clearance will be stood down immediately upon arrival. No exceptions. Site safety officers have full authority to demobilise non-compliant personnel at contractor's cost.
