The most comprehensive and frequently updated B2B directory of active mining operations in Western Australia — operational data, site logistics and procurement contacts in one place.
Who is it built for?
Both sides of a sourcing conversation: suppliers and contractors who want to be found, and the operators and procurement teams sourcing services across WA mining.

Are you affiliated with any operator?
No. We're independently owned, bootstrapped and not affiliated with any operator, supplier or trade body.
DATA & VERIFICATION
How accurate is your data?
Updated continuously via proprietary scrapers, ASX announcements and human verification. Operators and operational statuses are reviewed on a rolling editorial cadence.
Where does it come from?
Western Australian government mining records (Minedex), ASX announcements, state lease data, editorial outreach, and supplier self-reporting (cross-checked).
How often is it updated?
Live for ASX-linked data. Editorial verification runs on a rolling cadence per mine.
I spotted incorrect data — what do I do?
Email [email protected] with the URL and the specific field. Corrections usually ship within 48 hours.
FOR SUPPLIERS
How does the supplier listing work?
Two tiers. A free Basic Listing gets you a searchable profile in the directory. A Verified Listing — the paid tier — places you in front of operators and procurement teams on every service and region page you cover (capped at three providers), with a TRUSTED badge and enquiries direct to your inbox. Contact us for current rates and availability.
Is there a free option?
Yes. A free Basic Listing is a searchable directory profile at no cost — unverified, not placed on the service and region hub pages, and not indexed on Google. The Verified Listing is the paid upgrade that adds placement, the TRUSTED badge, direct enquiries and Google indexing.
Is there a commission on quotes?
No. We don't sit between you and the operator. Quotes go direct from the procurement contact to you.
How long does verification take?
We check ABN, insurance and at least one client reference before a Verified Listing goes live — most are approved within three business days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Verified Listings are month-to-month or annual — no lock-in either way.
FOR BUYERS
How do I request quotes from suppliers?
Use our Request Quotes page: tell us the service you need and the region or site. We hand-pick up to three verified WA suppliers that cover your service and area and email you their details — usually within one business day. You then deal with them directly.
Is requesting quotes free?
Yes — it's free for buyers, with no commission and no obligation. The index is funded by supplier listings, not by the buyers who request quotes.
How do you choose which suppliers to send me?
We shortlist on fit, not fees — by service, region and what your job actually needs. Every supplier we put forward is verified (ABN, insurance and at least one client reference). Some hold a paid Verified Listing; that placement is always disclosed and never changes who we shortlist for your enquiry.
Do you take a commission or resell my enquiry?
No. We don't sit between you and the supplier, and we never resell your enquiry. Quotes and contracts go straight between you and the providers we introduce.
How fast will I hear back?
We match every request by hand, so you usually receive the shortlisted suppliers within one business day.
FOR OPERATORS
Are operators charged?
No — operators are never charged. The index is funded by supplier listings, and operator profiles are maintained by WMI editorial.
How do I update my mine profile?
Email [email protected] from your company domain. We'll work with you to verify and update.
Can I list a procurement contact?
Yes — but only after WMI editorial verification. We never publish unverified personal contact details.
