Geraldton serves as the nearest logistics staging point, making freight consolidation and regional warehousing critical considerations for any vendor or contractor engaging with this site. Terrain is characterised by semi-arid, low-relief Yilgarn Craton geology typical of the broader Murchison goldfield corridor.

Never Never is currently in the development and construction phase, operated by Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX: RMS). This stage drives immediate procurement demand across:

• Civil earthworks and site establishment contracting
• Portal and decline construction services
• Temporary and permanent site infrastructure installation
• Geotechnical investigation and drilling services
• Camp, water, and power infrastructure mobilisation

Vendors should engage early; development-phase procurement windows are time-critical and typically favour pre-qualified suppliers.

Given the gold mineralisation style typical of the Yilgarn Craton, underground extraction methodology is the anticipated primary development pathway. Key engineering focus areas at this stage include:

• Primary ventilation system design and installation for underground workings
• Ground support programmes — rock bolting, mesh, and shotcrete supply
• Dewatering and humidity management infrastructure
