The Moore River operation is situated approximately 130 km north of Perth in the South West Mining Field, Wheatbelt Region, Western Australia. The site occupies low-relief coastal plain terrain characterised by aeolian limestone and limesand deposits. Distance from Perth's industrial supply corridors directly impacts consumables lead times, spare parts availability, and contractor mobilisation windows, making forward-stocking of critical inventory a non-negotiable operational discipline for site management.

The project operates under Moore Sands Resources Pty Ltd (100% ownership) with a commercial lineage traceable to Stoneridge Quarries, established at Moore River in 1980. Current operational status is active/operating, supplying limestone and limesand to construction and agricultural markets across WA. Quarry operations are DIDO-based from Perth metro. Diesel-powered mobile fleet drives extraction cycles, creating sustained demand for:

• Bulk diesel supply and on-site fuel management contracts
• Tyre and GET (Ground Engaging Tools) consumables
• Scheduled preventive maintenance services
• Weighbridge and dispatch logistics providers

Extraction methodology is open-cut quarrying targeting shallow aeolian limestone and limesand horizons. Primary processing involves:

• Primary crushing circuits for limestone block and aggregate sizing
• Screening and classification for limesand grading
• Loader-to-crusher feed via wheeled front-end loaders
• Stockpile management for multiple product grades

No flotation circuit is indicated for this deposit type. Physical-chemical QA/QC focuses on calcium carbonate purity, particle size distribution, and moisture content for downstream construction and agricultural applications.
